Расскажу немного о сворем кроссфит экспириансе.
Занимаюсь кроссфитом 4й месяц. В основном дома, временами выхожу на стадионы или на трассу здоровья. Пока все тренировки на уровне “Puppies” но еще пару месяцев и подтянусь до “Pack”.
Пытался найти в одессе зал для групповых тренировок кроссфитом (есть пару друзей-единомышленников), но лучшее что нашел — спортзал медина. В...
